CANCELLATION POLICY - GROUP GUIDED TOURS
in case of cancellation please contact us.

If the cancellation is communicated to TuscanyAll at least 9 days prior to the date of the tour, penalty charge will equal 10% of the gross total.
If the cancellation is made from 8 to 4 days prior to the date of the tour, the penalty charge will equal 30% of the gross total.
For cancellations that are made less than 3 days prior to the date of the tour, the penalty charge is 100% of the price paid.

From booking to 4 days before the day of the tour, cancellation penalty is 30% of the gross total.
For cancellations that are made from 3 days prior the day of the tour, cancellation penalty is 100% of the gross total (price paid is NOT REFUNDABLE).

 

Special Cancellation Policy for the Vasari Corridor Guided Tour
If the cancellation is communicated to TuscanyAll 8 days prior the date of the tour, penalty charge will equal of 10% of the gross total. If cancellation is communicated to TuscanyAll from 7 days prior to the date of the tour, penalty charge will equal 100% of the gross total.

 

TICKET RESERVATION - BOOKING CONDITIONS
Rate includes ticket, pre-sale fee and online service fee.

• Half price tickets (just European Community citizens) NOT VALID FOR THE GUIDED TOURS
- between 18 and 25 years old
- Italian State school teachers


•• Free tickets (just European Community citizens) NOT VALID FOR THE GUIDED TOURS
- Non European Community citizens under 6 years old (NO RESERVATION NEEDED)
- European Community citizens under 18 and over 65 years old

Invalid people and their companion enter with free tickets, showing a medical certificate. (NO RESERVATION NEEDED)

• Note: Online fees (€ 4.00 - € 3.00), pre-sales fees (€ 3.00) and eventual temporary exhibition fees (about € 3.50) are always due except for children under 6 years old. (Please, advise if in the group there are children under 6 years old . In this case no fee will be applied).


PLEASE NOTE:
Confirmed time is not always the same time you requested; museum automatically confirms the closest available time on the same date if requested time is sold out. In case you have restrictions to point out (for example not later than ... or not before than ... ) please write them in the blank space. If no restrictions are specified, this means you are open to accept different entrance times.
Entry to the Uffizi Gallery is available every 15 minutes! Reservations must be made with a minimum of 1 day notice. Reservations are limited to 25 people maximum.

As soon as we receive your booking request, your tickets will be booked. Ticket confirmation is subject to museum availability. If availability is confirmed by the museum, the original voucher will be e-mailed to the e-mail address you wrote on the top page, so be sure you insert your e-mail address correctly. The original voucher is the only recognized document at the museum entry.
The procedure may take some hours. In case the order is submitted on Saturday, after 12,00 pm or on Sunday, vouchers will be sent on Monday morning. In case the order is submitted after 6.00 pm (Italy time), the voucher will be sent the morning after, except for Saturday afternoon. In this last case the voucher will be sent on Monday morning anyway.

Tuscany All is not responsible for eventual changes or cancellations to the programs offered. A service charge equal to € 4.75 is added to the price of each ticket purchased online through Tuscany All.

Service will be charged for every further modification at your reservation.

Please notice you'll be asked to exhibit an identity document at the museum entrance.
